Q: Does this really make you look thinner without exercise?

A: Yes, this absolutely works. Cryolipolysis is the most completely studied and proven fat loss method in the non-invasive fat loss arsenal. Using technology first described in 2007, this procedure has stood the test of time as a safe and effective fat loss treatment. Although results may vary, by far the majority of patients notice an obvious thinning of fat in the body area treated. 

Q: Are the results permanent?

A: When you have your cryolipolysis treatment, the affected fat cells will be eliminated permanently.

As long as you maintain your weight with your baseline level of diet and exercise, your long-term results will be permanent.

Q: When will I see results?

A: You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your treatment but will experience the most dramatic results after two months. Your body will still flush out fat cells and continues doing so for up to four to six months after treatment.

Q: What does it feel like?

A: As the cryolipolysis treatment begins, during the first 2 minutes, you will feel localized pressure and maybe some warmth. Then, after 3-5 minutes you will feel cold . This feeling of slight initial discomfort dissipates after a couple more minutes of cooling. Many people read, work on their laptop, or even take a nap during their treatment!

Q: How long is the treatment session?

A: Your first treatment session will be 30 minutes and subsequent sessions will be between 30 -60 minutes long depending upon other parameters such as temperature and cavitation pressure and how well you tolerate accelerated parameters. You may have one or two handles applied depending upon the size of the area being treated.

Q: Can I return to normal activities after my treatment?

A: Yes you can. Most patients return to work after the session is over.
