Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Aiken County, South Carolina.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
