Dermal Fillers...

Because of blood vessel anatomy in the area we usually use thinner dermal fillers like Juvederm Ultra XC to help make frown lines disappear!

Usually done as part of a "mid face lift," we inject the Superior Zygoma, Orbital rim, Inferior Zygoma and Malar groove with a product like Juvederm Voluma or Radiesse to define and give lift and contour to the cheek! This gives the appearance of youth and almost looks like one is continually wearing blush when they aren't! Often helps Jowls too. 

Often as part of a "mid face lift," we inject the Orbital rim and keep going toward the Tear Trough to get rid of the dark areas and bags seen just under the medial and  inferior portion of the eyes. The darkness is due to the muscle seen through the thin skin in this area because of a lack of fat. The bags are a sagging from above paired with volume loss below. We can correct both!

The Nasolabial folds are usually treated with a product like Vollure (or hydrophillic Ultra Plus if a plumper look is desired). We use a push and pull parallel injection countered by a pulling of perpendicular supportive volume from below to make those lines nearly disappear!

Vertical lines like spokes projecting from around the lips are one of the most commonly treated wrinkles. Smoothness is easily achieved with tiny amounts of a product like Volbella injected right into each wrinkle. We can customize the amount of definition you have at the border (lipstick smearing slightly into your wrinkle lines?) and get rid of dry looking lips. Sculptra can be used off-label for body sculpting or BBL!

We can easily get rid of down-turned corners of the mouth and Marionette lines with techniques similar to those used on the Nasolabial folds.
